The Orator
The Orator is Grady High School's yearbook. The Orator is the final product of the electronic publishing design course. It is an album that creates and holds memories for years to come. The Orator is fueled by enthusiastic students bent on capturing the diversity and the magnificence of the students of Grady High School. Polls, surveys and interviews are used to write columns that find the voice of the student body and preserve it for future generations. The Orator is created for students by students, and the staff consists of 11th and 12th graders.
The yearbook staff is led by highly committed teachers, and this combination of enthusiastic students and experienced instructors leads to a finished product that is more than worthy to represent the excellence of our student body. This award-winning yearbook is published mostly using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Money for the Orator is raised through ad sales, yearbook sales and various other fundraisers.
